[…] In Poland, Warsaw has been and will continue to be the startup center for a long time, but Wrocław and Kraków have gained significance as well. The Upper Silesian agglomeration is facing a number of challenges in this re- spect. There is no easy or straightforward recipe for becoming one of the top places. It is a combination of many factors thanks to which a specific city or region has a strong local economy, attracts talents, offers them the best education, good wages and challenges. This can be followed by instilling the culture of innovation in them, which will help build the foundations for a local ecosystem in the long run.
