If we want to boost the startup ecosystem in Silesia, we have to match Founders, Serial Founders (SF) and Business Angels (BA). For me personally, the biggest problem both in Silesia and in Poland is the small number of people with practice in Business Development (in particular sales and prospecting). Serial Founder or Angel on board is able to pull up the rest of the co-founders in the field of these skills and point in the right direction, thanks to which the startup will gain customers and not burn out so much money. I think that the meetups organized by co-brick and the Silesian Startup Foundation are a good step in this direction and from meeting to meeting you can see that more and more people from these three groups appear.
